    Developed by IDEO and the Stanford d. School, Design Thinking has become a powerful approach to solving problems quickly and creatively. Once you and your team have learned the essentials, you can use it to brainstorm UX, CX, and product design solutions — or just about any business problem for that matter. We’ll use the Design Thinking method to teach you these elements of it:

  • Because SVC only offers custom, live workshops, each is quite different and so the pricing varies. The last few workshops SVC produced ranged from $4,500 for a small half-day workshop to $15,000 for a multi-part workshop for a large group.

  • SVC works with a large team of experienced senior professionals. We’ll recommend one (or more) after we’ve had a chance to talk and better understand your team and assignments. The goal is to always bring you facilitators with the most relevant experience.

  • SVC would ask that you give us about 90 days to put together a custom workshop, get your approval on the curriculum, and stage the training.

  • SVC will stay in touch with the training sponsor to make sure any questions addressed in the feedback survey taken immediately after the training are answered. We’ll also check in with the training sponsor 90 days out to see if we can provide additional support.
