Why Take This Course?
In far too many organizations, the task of writing the instructional copy, error messages, and UI control labels falls to the UX designer, developer, or a marketing copywriter. While it’s great to wear multiple hats, there is an art, science, and specialized skill set to writing UX copy that specialists are best-suited to practice. Creating those specialized skill sets is the entire point of this workshop for any organization that doesn’t want to leave the words, conversion rates, and user satisfaction to chance.

Who Should Take This Class?
This workshop is for anyone currently writing instructional copy, UI control labels, error messages, and other microcopy assignments who hasn’t been exposed to the foundational skills and best practices of UX writing.
