Course Description
In this workshop, we’ll turn to a combination of lecture and practice — and then even more practice — to help you be more competent at the non-technical side of your job. The aim will be to give you soft skills fluency you’ll use every day on the job. We’ll cover these topics and more:
Listening, speaking, and collaborating with colleagues and clients
Receiving and delivering criticism of your work
Learn to manage your time efficiently, especially in the era of remote work
Improving your communication skills when giving presentations or writing reports, proposals, and emails
Developing a personal brand and consistently presenting your strengths through words and actions
