Why Take This Course?
You need two kinds of talent to succeed in any job: The hard skills you’ll call on every time you’re asked to solve a problem or take care of a customer, and the soft skills you’ll use to get your stakeholders and colleagues to support you and your ideas. According to Salesforce.com, three-fourths of employers judge both sides of the skill equation equally. So what are the most important soft skills, and how do you learn to excel at them? Teams that are firing on all cylinders know, and so do the people who have taken this workshop.

Who Should Take This Class?
This class is for anyone — product managers, marketers, designers, and other individual contributors — who want to strengthen their set of soft skills.
